Khách sạn mới mở rộng từ 3 phòng thành 10 phòng đẹp không tì vết, sạch sẽ, có bể bơi đẹp, lãng mạn. Nhà mới được xây dựng xong nên chúng tôi là người đầu tiên, nhà ăn làm bằng gỗ, nội thất làm toàn bộ bằng gỗ, tôi cảm thất thật ấm cúng khi ở nơi này. Bữa sáng ngon, vị trí tuyệt vời, wifi nét căng đét, cô chủ thân thiện,chúng tôi sẽ quay lại 1 ngày gần nhất.

The Place is very good located and close to the small town centre. Mrs Lys gave a warm welcome and even though we were earlier, She gave us our room immediately. The room was big and beautiful and the bathroom had a separated shower with rain effect!
The bed was comfy and big.
We rent a motorbike with them for 2 days and Mrs Lys gave us the best indications to visit the highlights in Ninh Binh. And also when to visit for us to not suffer under the heat.
If you follow the recommendations of Mrs Lys, you will have a great stay in Tam Coc.
They are the best host :)

We really enjoyed our stay. Ly went out of her way for the entire stay to help us. We arrived very early on a night bus and she got up to help us and arranged temporary space for us to sleep as it was so early. She gave us good advice on what to do in the area. We rented a scooter from her and it was in very good condition, they have a wide range of motorbikes available in addition to bicycles. Breakfast was extremely tasty, we looked forward to it each morning. Our room was spacious and very clean. Location is a absolutely perfect, in the town but away from the main busy street. She also booked our bus ticket to leave for Sapa. The bus was brilliant and extremely comfortable and Ly even brought us to the bus to ensure we didn't miss it and all was okay. We got our laundry done during our stay too which was very handy. We had a brilliant stay, thank you for everything!

This is a very good get-away-from-city trip
The breakfast was huge, the owner gave us a lot which we couldnt finish at last. My son really liked her banana pancakes with chocolate.
The owners are really friendly, they let us check-in early, took care of my 18-month-old son as their own grandson. They showed us around and pointed us to good restaurants in the area.
The room was huge, with lots of lights and a big balcony.

 We loved this place so much that we extended our stay. Hue and her family are so kind and friendly, she helped us book train tickets and her husband taught my boyfriend how to ride a scooter (much laughter on all sides). Very good prices too; 150k dong a day for a newer scooter, and she has fuel she can sell you as well. Also hired bicycles twice for 50k each a day. You can get to pretty much all the main sights - Mua Cave, Bich Dong Pagoda, Bird Park, Trang An (12km each way but doable) - except the old capital and Bai Dinh Pagoda by bicycle if scooters aren’t your thing. The homestay is down a quieter side road so there is no traffic noise at night. Very close to the lake to take a boat trip, and a 5 minute walk to all the restaurants and bars in Tam Coc. (Ngoc Linh is very good for simple tasty cheap food, Banh Mi Hanoi is amazing and Chookie’s is great too) They have a lovely free breakfast that you order the night before...the banana pancakes are very good! Room was very spacious, bed was so comfortable and it had everything we needed, even a little fridge. We ended up staying a week in Tam Coc and cannot recommend it and Lys Homestay enough. The value for money is unbeatable and you feel so welcomed and taken care of. Please support this lovely family and do yourself a favour and relax here for a few days.

“This Homestay is excellent. It is the most comfortable bed and hottest showers that I have experienced in Southeast Asia. The rooms have air conditioning and a fan, plus a fridge. The family that run the Homestay are super friendly. The lady is fluent in both English and French and can help you plan your trip around the area. They rent motorbikes and bicycle at a reasonable price and provide a very nice free breakfast. If I am ever in Vietnam again I will definitely come back here. It was amazing. Thank

Clean and amazing place, hospitable hosts
I just passed by the homestay while looking for a place to sleep after the long working day and only stayed there for one night, however the hosts were really helpful and outgoing, who offered us the drinks when we got the room. 
Room is clean and cosy, totally reasonable. Breakfast was full with omelette & bread, also including fruits from the family. 
Perfect location, around 200m away from the boat station for discovering the beauty of Ninh Binh on boat.
Definitely recommend this homestay for anyone coming to Hoa Lu, Tam Coc for few days off the hustle from the city.

We stay there only one night but we have a really good sleep, the bed are super comfortable.The host is really nice and friendly. She speak a good french ! She was super helpful. The location was excellent. Merci beaucoup !

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Très bien situé. 2 minutes à pied du port de Tam Coc. Cadre magnifique. Idéal pour se balader pour admirer de belles vues de rivière de Tam Coc, champs de riz et montagnes. Chambre moderne et calme. Accueil chaleureuse.
